Sailing & Powerboat Instruction for men, women and teenagers by an experienced professional with more than 25 years experience in providing curriculum development, course review, skills based on-water and knowledge based classroom instruction in power and sail boat operation as well as inland, near coastal and off-shore water safety.
Women - prefer to learn or get coaching from a woman? Sailing & Powerboat Instruction for women by a woman with more than 20 years experience of providing on-water and in classroom boating safety instruction. Capt Debbie has extensive inland, near coastal, off-shore and international on-the-water cruising and racing experience.
Debbie is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain, U.S. Sailing certified instructor, as well as a National Safe Boating Council Close Quarters and Open Water Instructor.

SPLASH! Boating Safely in Arizona
This 16-hour hands-on, on-the-water course is for anyone who wants to learn how to safely operate a small motorboat and improve their boat handling skills. No previous experience is required! The National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) have approved this course and an increasing number of states have recognized it as meeting their requirements for a State Boating Education Certificate. We can qualify you for a California boater education card.
